Marriage
People have different notion on marraige, some say it's an eternal boundage between two different sexes, some say it's a customary allegiance between two individuals and some even go on to say it's religious trammeling.
Lets try to divulge marriage with a doctrine of analogy - Let say you have to acquire a piece of barren land which has no legal proprietor and you sucessfully take ownership of that piece of land by either tenting or by having some kind of accord with your nearest neighbours' around your land which confirms you as a legal owner.
After you got complete possession on this land, you started farming which inturn gave you food, money, peace and harmony. Now this progress envied your neighbours and your presence hostile. As protection you made allies with your potent neighbourss and inturn an agreement was made between all, which stated "Rights each acquired towards there land" This right gave you protection.
Now the inference - Marraige is an accord/agreement between two different sexes which gives them the right/ownership towards each other by all means and the authority to exercise this right is Religion.
